Good Morning Angels

How was your July?

Mine was full of surprises. Some awful, some sad and some amazing

I’m surprised by how resilient we really are , we cry, we panic, we feel great stress and pain and we fear and worry and yet … we Always come through difficult things!

I suffered some terrible losses and a huge career blow, but I am still standing  and that is what counts.

Learning how to deal with setbacks, let downs and fear is a really useful trait to have as life is full of them really, especially if you are ambitious and you like to push the envelope and try new things and to create new pathways.

Some people are our cheerleaders and want to see us succeed and some want to see you fail, they are threatened by the very thought of you doing well or having more.

They measure their success and happiness by comparing themselves to you, in other words keeping you down is what makes them feel on top!

They are not necessarily dangerous to you, only if you give them any power or authority in your life, if you don’t they are just people with superiority complex personalities that you can pity or find amusing!

It is crazy that some

People

Truly believe that they are better than others, just because they are famous or wealthy, but we all know the only people who are truly

Greater or better are those who are doing good in the world for others, period

Being a star, being beautiful, being rich can often make people worse than others, because feeling and believing that you are superior is actually a disgusting trait that belittles and condescends to others.

Only a human who knows they are equal to all other human beings stands a chance to be great. As that makes you respect and cherish others like

You would yourself and your own, THAT is the kind of people I find Great and the kind of person I would like to be and for my children to be.

With this in mind I am facing some of my

Biggest fears next month and really

Hoping and praying for a beautiful experience that brings me closer to Nature and to Humanity in a genuine raw and spiritual and magical way

The more I want to live longer and appreciate still being alive and healthy and able the more I

Want to do it well

You know what I mean?

I really want to be able to meet all

People all races and nationalities and cultures of women and just talk, understand and know and learn and share. What it is to be a woman, an elder, a Mother of Planet Earth… as we are here to be the custodians of humanity for a period of time and what does it mean and how do we do it and what do we want from this experience?

I am gathering something together for us for next year and Sins Angels will

Launch officially and properly and I will be bringing you the best of the best for our hair skin, hormones, bodies, nutritionally, sexually, physically and Spiritually, we are all

Going

To live so much longer than our parents and grandparents expected too

But it is not just about being beautiful or being fit or slim

I want to bring a mental shift as well

May not even have time to think this way or maybe not until now, now that your children are grown up enough

To give you more Headspace

I want to drop a few things into that space to help to set us free onto the most exciting and unpredictable paths of our lives so far and it Really does START in the mind and mind set…

Yes,

I want to remain healthy for the entirety of my

Life but I want to live to at least 120

How do I achieve that in great health and spirits?

In the meantime this month and the next 6 are going to be all about diving deep and discovering how to best take care of myself to achieve a state of not dying and not becoming diseased in any way.

Falling in love deeper and fully than I ever have before and what it truly means, how it can become part of my

Life force and purpose, not something that can fizzle out due to boredom or vanish because of a mistake or foul play, to create this love with a lover who wants to achieve the same thing and so won’t disrespect or corrupt our purpose by having sex with someone else or being disloyal in any way.

A return to innocence with wisdom

If there can ever be such a thing?

I think so, because if you can think it then

You have created it to exist and if I love it then

It Is!

I believe we do not lose our innocence but that we throw it away as if it’s something ghastly and limiting, but I

Know my

Innocence has seen me through life like a big rubber crash helmet!

I have walked through and amongst the most terrifying people and situations and survived, my innocence not allowing me to see their deadliness and their poisonous ways and natures, my innocence has seen me able to find them sweet, charming, fun, lovable as my heart only wants to see the goodness in others and so that is what I see,

This month I had to see things differently through spiritual

Meditation and prayer and although it was a wake up call and scary and painful,

I also learned that it is fine to remain innocent but that I need to accept the wisdom of knowledge and be thankful for it.

Not to walk around in fear but to understand that some people ARE wrong ’uns and mean to do bad and deliberately try to hurt and destroy you.

We don’t have to fear them but once they have shown us who they really are (once you see behind their masks) don’t be in denial

about them, you can still

Love them very much, but you cannot trust them.

Don’t let the same people disappoint and hurt you over and over again

Life is not about testing your ability to

Forgive or how much pain and betrayal

You can take.

Yes, it is good to not get burdened by ridiculous people who have no integrity but equally you are not meant to keep trusting them again and again, giving them more opportunities to hurt you is what you are actually doing, even though in your heart you are giving them another chance to treat you the right way and the way you treat them…

I guess what I am

Trying to say is

Yes a Scorpion is also one of God’s beloved creatures, so you cannot trust it, look at it, admire it, accept it and let it live unbothered by you with a wise and innocent heart, but innocence turns into foolishness when you love the Scorpion so much that you want to cuddle it and love it like you do a puppy…
